I have created a unique marketing program to obtain the utmost exposure, enabling you to realize the maximum value for your property in a reasonable time frame and equally important with the least surprises. My marketing plan includes personal contact with hundreds of potential buyers in your area, a direct mail program to a vast database, and promotions on a minimum of five websites. I will work diligently and keep you informed.

REPRESENTING YOU AS A BUYER:
I will take the time getting to know you and your needs. Of course you will have the same opportunity to get to know me. Assuming we want to work together, next I will search the data bases to find property that meets your criteria. After locating your selection I will put my thirty years of business ownership and my negotiating techniques to work enabling you to purchase at a fair competive price in a reasonable time frame. I will be available to represent you at meetings with lenders, inspectors, escrow and others. I pledge to keep you updated during the process and will make sure we are within our time frame. While going through this process I will explain the procedures and what to expect. I will present you with a calendar marking when specific obligations will be due. I believe good communications leads to no surprises. Interests

I enjoy all sports but I follow Hockey. I enjoy spending time with family and friends when I am not working. I relax reading business books. I find it quite relaxing foing out for nice dinners. My wife likes it also.

Lincoln High School, Brooklyn, New York -1967-1971 Graduated the Business School of Northeatern University in Boston Mass with Honors in 1976.
