I grew up in Brooklyn , New York .  I attended Lincoln High School and went to college at Northeastern University in Boston , Ma.  Not only did I graduate with honors from the Business School with a Marketing Major, I met my wife, Marcia.  We married almost thirty years ago and have raised two boys.  I enjoy all sports but coming from the East Coast, I follow Hockey.  I enjoy spending time with family and friends when I am not working.  I relax reading business books. I find it quite relaxing going out for nice dinners.  My wife likes it also.

I moved to the peninsula immediately after graduating in 1976 as Regional Sales Manager for Leonard Silver Mfg. a major gift importer and manufacturer.   In 1980 I purchased Designers Center a gift and home accessories store located in the Tanforan Park Shopping Center .  My son and his partner are now running it.  I have 25 years experience of owning my own business.  Everyday I was marketing, negotiating, managing people and managing all financial matters.  I offer these skills to you, my potential client, along with my strong commitment to honesty, fairness and hard work. During the time of business ownership I invested in single family homes, multi unit buildings, and commercial real estate.  I decided to offer my experience to you. I treat every transaction as if it is my own. 

Because of these skills I have helped very successfully the first time home buyer, the move up buyer and the investor.
